Cancellation Policy
30-Day Wellness Coaching Program Policy 1. Enrollment and Payment Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the 30-day package. Payments must be made in advance before the program start date. 2. Program Structure The program includes weekly coaching sessions, vegan meals (specified in packages), and access to resources. Participants commit to the full 30 days for best results and continuity. 3. Communication and Participation Weekly coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance; participants are expected to attend. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation requests more than 15 days before the program start are eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the program will incur a 15% charge of the total package price, and no refund will be issued. Once the program has started, no refunds will be given for any reason. Funds may be transferrable, contact us at admin@lightjuices.com for more information. 5. Rescheduling Sessions Weekly coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will count as a missed session. 6. Health Disclaimer Participants should consult their healthcare provider before starting the wellness program. The coach does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. 7. Confidentiality All personal information shared during the program is confidential. 8. Code of Conduct Respectful and positive engagement is expected throughout the program. The coach reserves the right to terminate participation for disruptive behavior without refund.
