Light Juices LLC began in 2019 during a transformative journey to Sudan, Africa, where our founder discovered the profound benefits of a whole, whole plant-based diet. What started as a personal health revelation soon blossomed into an educational juice company offering personalized consultations and handcrafted juices designed to support wellness goals like reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and balancing blood sugar levels.

Inspired by the natural wisdom of Sudanese culture, she felt called to translate this healing knowledge for Western communities. Her journey continued in Ethiopia, where she spent a year immersed in a culture of disciplined fasting and vegan eating. Later, her time in Uganda added another essential layer, combining plant-based diets with movement and exercise to support holistic well-being.

Today, Light Juices LLC has evolved into more than a juice company. We now offer a range of health-focused services, including nutrition education, wellness booths, and licensed Food for Life classes from the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Our mission is to bridge cultural health traditions with modern science, empowering individuals and communities to live more vibrant, intentional lives.
