Service Description
Bring an evidence-based, interactive 2-hour Food for Life class to your clinic, organization, or community group. With 22 curriculum options available, participants learn how to adopt a healthy, whole-food, plant-based lifestyle through live cooking demonstrations, meal tastings, and engaging discussions. Classes are designed for up to 30 participants and are fully managed by the instructor. All class materials and cooking demonstration setup are provided; venue logistics such as chairs, tables, & AV equipment are the responsibility of the host.

Booking & Cancellation Policy Welcome to our Food for Life: Diabetes Initiative program! Please review the policies below before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Confirmed Dates Required All classes must have dates confirmed with the instructor prior to booking. A booking is only considered reserved once confirmation is received. Payment & Refunds Full payment is required to secure your class. All bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure your date works for your group before submitting a request. Rescheduling Rescheduling may be considered only with prior approval from the instructor and is subject to availability. Requests must be made well in advance. Class Purpose & Attendance This class is intended for lifestyle education and community learning purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a healthcare professional. Maximum of 30 participants per class to ensure full engagement. Please arrive on time for in-person sessions or ensure a stable internet connection and quiet space for virtual sessions. Liability Participation is voluntary.
